The Go World Travel Magazine Photo Contest is free to enter and open to individuals 18 years or older, regardless of location. Each entrant is allowed one submission, which must be their own original work and must not infringe upon any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, or moral rights. Photos containing offensive, misleading, or AI-generated content will be disqualified. All entries must be submitted through the official contest channel by the deadline of January 31st, 2025. Go World Travel Magazine reserves the right to disqualify entries at its sole discretion, and any submissions that violate the contest rules will be removed.
By submitting an entry, entrants retain ownership of the copyright but grant Go World Travel Magazine a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute the photos for promotional and editorial purposes, including social media, newsletters, and advertising channels, without additional compensation. The contest will run from November 1st 2024, to January 31st, 2025, with the winner selected by user votes on February 15th, 2025. If the winner does not respond within seven business days, they forfeit the prize and a new winner will be selected.
Go World Travel Magazine is not responsible for any third-party claims of copyright infringement, invasion of privacy, or any other legal issues arising from contest submissions. Entrants agree to indemnify and hold Go World Travel harmless against any claims related to their submissions. The contest is void where prohibited by law, and participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with local laws. This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Colorado. International entrants are responsible for complying with the laws of their country.
